Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
All shipping is through Australia Post and includes tracking.
Please note: Processing time (1-2 business days) is in addition to shipping times.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated on current Australia Post parcel post or express post rates and include packaging and handling. We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
International Shipping
Shipping is Australia wide only. We do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking Information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post. We do our best to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee shipping timelines.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: support@lavadesigns.com.au
