Please note that return shipping is at customers’ own expense and we highly recommend including tracking to ensure we receive your return. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected parcels.

We do not offer exchanges but will gladly refund you within 14 days so that you can repurchase an alternative item if desired.
Damaged or Defective Goods
We pride ourselves on producing quality items. We carefully inspect all items prior to dispatch and take all possible care when packaging, however, if your item arrives damaged or is defective in any way, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: support@lavadesigns.com.au.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
